Registration with UnigePass
Activate your UniGePASS credentials to complete the online application and access all services offered by UniGe.
- If you already have UniGePASS credentials, use them to log in to the application form. To recover forgotten credentials, visit: ict.unige.it/unigepass-studenti.
- If you have never had UniGePASS credentials, register at servizionline.unige.it.
Admission
Complete the online application by 12:00 PM on Tuesday, September 9, 2025.
Attach the following documents to your application:
- front/back copy of an identity document
- curriculum vitae
- any certifications (linguistic and/or computer skills)
The application must include a link to the self-presentation uploaded to YouTube or another site. The self-presentation (max 3 minutes) must be recorded in English with the reasons supporting the application, with reference to the professional project to be pursued.
Selection
At the end of the selection process, the list of admitted candidates will be published on this page by Tuesday, September 16, 2025.
Tuition Fee Payment
For military candidates, enrollment is free.
Cost for civilian candidates:
If you have been admitted, you must pay the enrollment fee of €2,782 by Saturday, September 27, 2025, using one of the payment methods provided by UniGe: studenti.unige.it/tasse/pagamento_online.
Enrollment Confirmation
By December 27, 2024, confirm your admission application on servizionline.unige.it.
Civilian participants must attach proof of payment.
